Prices and conditions

Flexibility
For you to rent “moderate” large, you can choose whether you want to rent a room or two rooms. Är ni 2 – 3 people enough a room, are you more do you need maybe both. The choice is yours and we never rent out to more than one family or one group at a time.

“Big room”, 36 m²
Price per week 5.900 SEK. Subject to availability 1.150 SEK/day. Up to three persons.

“Extra room”, 26 m²
Price per week + 2.700 SEK. Subject to availability 600 SEK/day. Up to three persons.
If you get visitors and need more space, then you can rent this room for single nights.
NOTE rent out only in combination with the big room.
Returning guests receive the same price as last year if price is increased.

Payment
Booking fee on 500 SEK / week must be paid within 10 days after booking for us to reserve the apartment. Fee is deducted from the rent that must be paid no later 30 days before the agreed date of arrival. When booking more than 30 days prior to the full rent must be paid immediately.
Details of payment available via email when you want to book. Swish, cash or by appointment.

Admission / delivery
You have access to the apartment Saturday at 14.00 day of arrival and leave last Saturday at 11.00.

Cleaning
The apartment should be left clean and checked otherwise, a fee of 1.200 SEK.

Pets / Smoking
It is, after agreement, allowed to bring pets. We ourselves have three cats. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Other
Normal cooking utensils and cleaning equipment. Sleeping accommodations for all.
Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Would you like to barbeque out there gas grill and charcoal barbeque.
Do you miss anything, just tell us, we will try to arrange it.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the registration fee is exhausted.
If you cancel later than 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay 90% of the rent.
You also have the option of switching to another free week.
