You can rent an apartment weekly in one of the wings. The farm is located in the old well-preserved village Södra Mellby a few kilometers from Kivik. It features an old, beautiful and authentic surrounding. Location is quiet and right in the heart of Österlen. Close to everything, Sea, nature, attractions and the quaint small town Simrishamn.

The village has everything you need. Mellby Baker with the famous "kavringen", bread and some groceries. On the farm we have a vintage shop named Secondi. Bokantikvariat, pottery, artist collective with shop, antique shop, restaurant with good food and full rights, podiatry and pizzeria a little bit away.

The surrounding nature offers great variety and you have a fantastic view from 95 meters above sea level. You can do excursions by the car, bicycle or by walking.

The apartment has its own entrance and comprises entrance hall / stairs, bathroom with shower and two large rooms. Each room has three spring beds. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. Tile floors, white brushed walls, beams in ceilings and solid oak flooring. Hopefully there is everything you need to make summer a pleasant experience. Kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. If you need to work or check your emails you have wi-fi and broadband outlet. There is also alarm / fire alarm. There is also TV and radio, but you would probably rather listen to the birds singing and church bells.
